Assessments.
Assessments should be completed prior to starting treatment, after each module or phase, and after the completion of treatment, if possible.
The above link will provide access to the assessment battery for youth (ages 7-21 years). English and Spanish versions are available by selecting your preferred language in the top right corner of the assessment.
Note that you will need to enter your unique ID number to access the assessments, which was provided to you via email when you enrolled in the TAG Coalition Study.
